Yield 300g

Time 3-3:30

Water 92C

We use this recipe for almost every coffee we make. Obviously we play around with pouring methods but this is generally what we sit at. We usually do 3 pours and each subsequent pour begins as soon as the previous pour has completely drawn through. E.g.

100g bloom 1min

Pour to 200g

Pour to 300g

Adjust to taste - Other methods could include:

75g bloom 30secs

Pour to 150g

Pour to 225g

Pour to 300g
